This TV's tuner is the UHF Terrestrial version of Free-view. If you are in an area with poor reception, you would be advised to get a satellite box and Dish.
Pop into any DSE store in your area and they can tell you if your in a good reception area, and what you will need.

An external antenna is an absolute must for free-view.
There are UHF kits from DSE for around $100 including the mounting poles and cable requirements.
But if you are in a poor reception area, satellite is the way to go.

Terrestrial Free-view requires an External UHF antenna to pick up all the channels. Bunny Ears will NOT cut it.
There is a DSE External antenna kit available which has everything you need to put it up yourself. It includes the antenna, Cable, plugs, pole for mounting all the required Screws and Bolts, and instructions.
